1. Following Language Courses (Beginner / Level-1) of approximately 30 contact hours (excluding MSE and ESE), will be offered under the administrative arrangements of SMME in collaboration with LSFI. The regular classes for Summer Semester 2024 will be held as per mentioned schedule in ONLINE Mode (MS Teams/Zoom).

a.        German – Tuesday & Thursday from 1400-1600 hours

b.        Japanese – Monday & Wednesday from 1400-1600 hours

c.         Arabic – Monday & Wednesday from 1400-1600 hours

2. The details are as follows:

a. Lectures :  2+2 Lectures per day,15x two-hours lectures

b. Duration :  24th Jun 2024 to 25 Aug 2024

Note: Sections will be shared later, once registration process will be finalized.

c. Mode :  ONLINE (MS Team/Zoom)

3. Eligibility Criteria :  The course is open for all NON NUSTian / NUSTians (Students/Alumni/Faculty/Staff).

4. Fee (Complete Course) :  Rs. 7000/- for NUSTian (Student/Alumni/Faculty/Staff)

Rs. 9000/- for Non NUSTian.

5. Study Material: Study material will be provided to the students by LSFI on payment. Before this payment please coordinate with LSFI instructor during the class.

6. Attendance: A student is not allowed to appear in the final exam if his/her attendance is less than 75%.

7. Certificates. E-Certificates will be given to Qualified participants by Dir LSFI (Non NUSTian/Alumni/Faculty/Staff only). For Regular students, ‘Qualified’ will be noted on their transcript as an additional course.

8. Registration/Payment: To register for the course,

Note: Only paid registrants will be provided access to the online class. In case of cancellation of course by the organizers fee will be reimbursed. Reimbursement can take 4-6 weeks to process.
