Freelancing Masterclass: Advanced Excel, Data Analytics and Online Data Collection Tools, held at SMME, NUST from August 18 to 29, 2025, was a 40-hour hands-on training designed to equip students and professionals with in-demand freelancing skills. A total of 16 participants, including 13 students and 3 professionals, joined in hybrid mode from esteemed institutions and organizations such as NBS NUST, EME NUST, S3H NUST, SMME NUST, University of Sargodha, Pak-Turk International Schools & Colleges, HITEC University, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, COMSATS University, Aston Martin Kuwait, and DG Cars United Kingdom. Participants explored advanced Excel for analytics, online data collection tools including Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, JotForm and TypeForm, SQL for database handling, Tableau for visualization, and workflow automation through Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate. The course enabled learners to gain practical, job-ready expertise directly aligned with the freelancing marketplace and empowered them to excel in the digital economy.
