Program Coordinator

Academics Office under the officer in charge (Program Coordinator) is responsible for managing, administering and corresponding the academic matters pertaining to both faculty and students. It involves coordination of all academic activities of UG/PG/PhD programmes starting from Timetable preparation and moving on to ensuring regular up-dation/implementation of Curriculum.

Program Coordinator not only maintains the data of Faculty teaching in each semester but also remains in constant coordination with other Schools for shared faculty and TVFs. Some highlighted tasks also include Issuance of joining instructions, reception/orientation. The academics office takes up the task of arranging student counselling lecture besides preparation and implementation of academic calendar.
