1.         German Language Courses (Beginner / Level-1) of approximately 30 contact hours (excluding MSE and ESE), will be offered under the administrative arrangements of SMME in collaboration with LSFI. The classes for Summer Semester 2026 will be held on DL Mode (ONLINE -MS Teams/Zoom).

2.         The details are as follows:

a.         Lectures :  2 Lectures per day, (4 hours per week)

b.         Duration :  22 Jun 2026 to 21 Aug 2026

Note: Sections will be shared later, once registration process will be finalized.

3.         Eligibility Criteria :  The course is open for all NON NUSTian / NUSTians (Students/Alumni/Faculty/Staff).

4.         Fee (Complete Course) :         Rs. 8,000/- for NUSTian (Student)

Rs. 10,000/- for Non NUSTian (NUST Alumni, Faculty & Staff)

5.         Study Material: Study material will be provided to the students by LSFI on payment. Before this payment please coordinate with LSFI instructor during the class.

6.         Attendance: A student is not allowed to appear in the final exam if his/her attendance is less than 75%.

7.         Certificates. E-Certificates will be given to Qualified participants by Dir LSFI (Non NUSTian/Alumni/Faculty/Staff only). For Regular students, ‘Qualified’ will be noted on their transcript as an additional course.

8.         Registration/Payment: To register for the course,

a.          Submit registration fee in HBL Bank NUST H-12 branch in favor of “NUST SMME RECURRING FUND ” 22927000519501. (Payment can be made in the branch, via online transfer or from HBL ATM Machines). No refund will be made in any case.

Note: Only paid registrants will be provided access to the online class. In case of cancellation of course by the organizers fee will be reimbursed. Reimbursement can take 4-6 weeks to process.

10.       Institutions are requested to disseminate attached registration form/QR Link with respective faculty/staff/students. It is also requested to print and display the same on student notice boards.
