Summary

Completed PhD in mechanical and materials engineering from University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland in year 2012. Study was mainly focused on modeling and simulation of soft biological tissues at high strain rates undergoing in tension, compression and shear. Traumatic brain injury models due to blunt head impacts were analyzed and existing trauma model was further refined based on derived material parameters.
